Register!Currently an Academy Sport Scientist at the PSV Academy here in Eindhoven. Directly responsible for the PSV U18’s and PSV U17’s. Aside from the load monitoring and physical testing; a large portion of the job as a sport scientist is data analysis, visualization and presentation. This involves working with innovative technologies and partnerships with local companies and universities. Background is in Human Movement Sciences, which I recently graduated with a Masters from Maastricht University in 2019. Originally from the United States with a passion for sport performance and exercise physiology.
I am originally from Bozeman, Montana in the USA. I received my BSc in Health and Human Development: Kinesiology from Montana State University. I have dual citizenship with the Netherlands so I decided to pursue my MSc in Human Movement Sciences: health & rehabilitation from Maastricht University and learn more about my Dutch heritage. I have been a skateboarder for 21 years and both of my University degrees were directed toward my passion for skateboarding. Serendipitously during my MSc, I was told about the USPC and their work with urban sports which perfectly fit my background and personal interests. I have now been working as the embedded scientist for the USPC where my roles lie in sports science, project management, innovation development, and student internship mentor.
